Privacy Policy — Candy Munch (Minder Games)

Minder Games ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Candy Munch ("the Game"). This policy explains what data the Game collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

The Game does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address, or contacts. The Game and the third-party SDKs built into it may collect:

• Device & technical data: device model, operating system version, language, country, and a mobile advertising identifier (for example the Google Advertising ID).
• App activity / analytics: levels started and completed, session length, in-game events, and crash diagnostics — used to improve gameplay and balance difficulty.
• Attribution data: whether an install came from one of our marketing campaigns, so we can measure our advertising.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The Game is rated for a general audience and contains no user-to-user communication.

Third-party services

The Game uses services from third parties for analytics, install attribution and (where the build includes advertising) ad delivery. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. Google Play services are used for distribution and basic device integrity: https://policies.google.com/privacy. The exact set of providers in the current build is reflected in the Data Safety section of the app's store listing, which we keep in sync with each release.

How we use data

To operate and improve the Game, balance level difficulty, fix crashes, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Data sharing & retention

Data is shared only with the service providers described above, for those purposes, and is transmitted using encryption. Aggregated analytics data is retained for as long as it is useful for product improvement.

Your choices

You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). You may also ask us to delete the data associated with your device identifier — see our data deletion page.
