Privacy Policy — Pour Blocks (Minder Games)

Minder Games ("we", "us") operates the mobile game Pour Blocks ("the Game"). This policy explains what data the Game collects and how it is used.

Information we collect

The Game does not require you to create an account and does not collect your name, email, or contacts. The Game and its integrated third-party SDKs may collect:

• Device & technical data: device model, OS version, language, country, and a mobile advertising identifier (e.g. Google Advertising ID).
• App activity / analytics: levels started/completed, session length, in-game events, and crash diagnostics — used to improve gameplay and difficulty balancing.
• Attribution data: whether the install came from a marketing campaign (to measure our advertising).
• Advertising data: ads shown, clicked or watched, and ad revenue estimates reported by ad partners.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The Game is rated for a general audience and contains no user-to-user communication.

The Game uses the following services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Advertising

The Game is free and shows ads (banner, interstitial and optional rewarded video). Our ad partners may use your device's advertising identifier, IP address and ad-interaction data to show ads, limit how often you see them, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Where required by law (for example in the EEA/UK), we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown; you can still play the Game with non-personalised ads. On iOS, tracking across apps only happens if you allow it in the App Tracking Transparency prompt.

How we use data

To operate and improve the Game, balance level difficulty, fix crashes, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.

Data sharing & retention

Data is shared only with the service providers above for the purposes described, transmitted using encryption. Aggregated/analytics data is retained as needed for product improvement.

Your choices

You can reset or limit ad tracking via your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking). You may contact us to request deletion of data associated with your device identifier — see our data deletion page.
