This page explains how to request deletion of your data collected by Arrow Pixel: Color Shooter.

📌 Summary: Arrow Pixel collects only anonymous device IDs and gameplay analytics — no personal information. Most users can fully reset their data simply by uninstalling the Game and resetting their device's Advertising ID.

What Data We Hold About You

We collect very limited, non-personal information:

Your Android Advertising ID (used for ad delivery)
Your gameplay analytics (which levels you played, completed, or failed)
Your crash logs (anonymous device and OS information)

We do NOT collect your name, email, phone number, photos, location, or any other personally identifying information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Self-Service Data Deletion (Recommended)

Because we don't link data to identifiable accounts, the most reliable way to delete your data is to do it yourself:

Step 1: Uninstall the Game

Long-press the Arrow Pixel icon on your device → tap Uninstall. This removes the app and any local data stored on your device.

Step 2: Reset your Advertising ID

Open your Android device's Settings
Go to Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads on some devices)
Tap Reset advertising ID

This decouples any future data collection from the previous advertising profile.

Step 3: Opt out of personalized ads (optional)

In the same Ads settings, toggle Opt out of Ads Personalization ON. This signals to ad networks not to use your data for personalized ads going forward.

The device model you used (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A53)
The approximate date you first played Arrow Pixel
(Optional) Your Android Advertising ID — found in Settings → Google → Ads → Your advertising ID

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
We will request matching data deletion from our analytics provider (GameAnalytics) within 14 days.
We will confirm completion to your email within 30 days of the original request.

What We Cannot Delete

Some data is processed by third-party advertising partners (e.g., Meta/Facebook) under their own data policies. To request deletion from those partners, please contact them directly:

Meta (Facebook) data — visit Meta's data deletion page
Google advertising data — visit Google's privacy policy for opt-out instructions

Aggregated and Anonymous Data

Aggregated, fully anonymized usage statistics (e.g., "0.3% of players failed Level 25") may be retained for game-design purposes. This data cannot be linked back to any individual device and is therefore exempt from deletion requests.

Children's Data

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has used the Game and you would like that data deleted, please email support@minder.studio with the subject "Child Data Deletion Request". We will prioritize these requests and complete deletion within 7 days.
