MinderGames grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

All content in the Game — including artwork, level design, code, audio, characters, and trademarks — is owned by MinderGames or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The "Arrow Pixel" name and logo are trademarks of MinderGames.
The Game is supported by advertisements. By using the Game, you agree to see ads. Ads are served by third parties; we are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for how ads work.
The current version of the Game contains no in-app purchases. If we add in-app purchases in future updates, we will update these Terms and you will be notified.
The Game is a single-player experience and does not include chat, user-generated content, or social features. You may not use the Game in any way that would harm, harass, or impersonate others, or that would interfere with the Game's normal operation.
We may update the Game at any time to fix bugs, add features, balance gameplay, or improve performance. We may also change these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be highlighted in the Game or via update notes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Game at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) will survive termination.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinderGames disclaims all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MinderGames will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Game will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game in the past 12 months (which, for a free Game, is zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MinderGames and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Game.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MinderGames is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
