The Game contains advertisements served through Meta's advertising network. Ads may use your Android Advertising ID to show more relevant ads. You can:

Reset your advertising ID anytime via your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads
Opt out of personalized ads via your device's Settings > Privacy > Ads

Opting out does not stop ads — it only limits their personalization.

5. Data Retention

We retain analytics and advertising data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and never longer than 24 months. Crash logs are retained for 90 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
Deletion — request deletion of your data (see Data Deletion page)
Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
Opt-out — opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings
Portability — request your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact support@minder.studio.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) to protect data in transit. While no system is perfectly secure, we apply reasonable safeguards consistent with the limited and non-sensitive nature of the data we collect.

9. International Data Transfers

Our analytics and advertising providers may process data in countries outside your own (including the United States and European Union). They commit to appropriate safeguards as detailed in their respective privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, if changes are material, notify users via an in-game message or update notes. Continued use of the Game after changes means you accept them.
